Golden Valley is a mess. In their pursuit for “equity” they are destroying the city. They wrote an equity plan that required all contractors looking to do business in Golden Valley to answer certain equity-related questions. They put equity ahead of fairness and have a plan to ensure things work that way. Equity has become the foremost standard in hiring police officers, which by the way, they are at 50% capacity. Scott Nadeau (a whitey) was the interim police chief, wanted the job, and was passed over for Virgil Green (who is black). Mayor Shep Harris influenced the decision toward Green. Jesse Smith (who was on a city equity-based task force) encouraged people to find dirt on Nadeau and engage in race-based hiring. Are hiring quotas a fair way to grow a workforce?

They acknowledge that Golden Valley is built on stolen Native American land, but don’t do a dang thing to give the land back. Put your money where your mouth is. Why aren’t they doing anything about it? Because they’re not serious about it. They’re spouting off empty words so that they sound like they are embracing woke values without having to live by them. Shep isn’t running for election, so who will be the face of Golden Valley? They continue to move hard to the left, and the people complain. Yet they keep voting for these results. How about trying something different? These things are coming to your town if you aren’t aware. Now is the time to plan a run in 2024. If you have odd year elections, get in now! Don’t risk taking one more step backwards.

We also discuss the recent revelations in the Hunter Biden debacle. The news and the documents supporting these claims have been public knowledge for a couple of years, but only now is the discussion being forced into the mainstream of American discourse. What took so long? Why are they finally having to talk about this? We give our opinions on all of this.

Yes, But Is It Fair?

The way we get information has changed so much in the last 20 years. Where can we go and who do we trust? Social media is the number one way to get information out to a large number of people. Big Tech is censoring conservative outlets and values. The New York Post Twitter account was suspended for verified information about Joe and Hunter Biden personally making tens of millions from China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc. No one is even talking about the Great Reset or the Transition Integrity Project. Should the Democrats win the House, Senate, and White House, many believe that there will be an effort to bring back the Fairness Doctrine, but that it will attempt to shut down all conservative media.

The answer, for now, is to start a blog or a podcast. Citizen journalism is the only way that we are going to be able to get the word out, and even then Google may throttle it down. Isn’t having a debate healthy? Why are we removing opposing voices? We need to look at where the trends are going in the future and plan for how you are going to stay connected to the information and outlets that you trust.

The Senate Republicans got Amy Coney Barrett confirmed to the Supreme Court in very short order. It they were able to do this so quickly, why didn’t they ever get rid of Obamacare? Why was there no plan or political will to get this done? We discuss one of the greatest mysteries of the last four years.

We also discuss Andrew’s trip to city hall to early vote. As always, it is quite an experience.

We’ve spent many years trying to explain the importance of local elections. It can be difficult to be an informed voter in local races, just because they don’t get the press of other races, and the media doesn’t do their job and dig in past “tell us about yourself” and “name your top three priorities”. We show you how we do it as we review the candidates running where we got our start; Crystal, MN.

We look at the following races: Jim Adams v. Steve Adams, Eric Wilhelm v. David Cummings, Tony Sumnicht v. John Budziszewski, and Nancy LaRoche v. Jim Martin.

The State Labor Federation of the AFL-CIO has a union member candidate program, where the state union is putting money and muscle behind local elections, because they have to own everything. Look out for these union-funded candidates. You will hear all about carbon footprint, light rail, equity, and the rest of the radical union agenda.

We also take a moment to discuss the Hunter Biden e-mails, and what they mean for the remainder of the election cycle. One thing is for sure… no matter what, there will be more riots and there may be a push for adding D.C. and Puerto Rico as states, putting term limits on the Supreme Court, getting rid of the electoral college, and other such nonsense. It’s all laid out in a document rom the Transition Integrity Project called “Preventing a Disrupted Presidential Election and Transition“. We also take a look at what’s at stake. You must get informed and get out and vote!
