In New Hope it just never stops!

Ron Clark Construction will present its current proposal to construct an apartment building on city-owned land on the southwest corner of 62nd and West Broadway at a City Council work session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 6.

It’s funny I went to New Hope’s website and strangely (and perhaps on purpose) I can’t find any record of this proposal and there is no agenda packet to go with this work session. There’s also another one schedule for the old K-Mart site.

Two development groups will present preliminary concepts for redevelopment of the former Kmart site at 4200/4300 Xylon Avenue N at a special City Council session at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22. Both meetings will be held in the council chambers at City Hall, 4401 Xylon Avenue, N. Interested residents are invited to attend.

I wonder what will go there……

Anyone want to bet that whatever is proposed will pass by a vote of 5-0?
